Red Sun-Printed Cotton

A garment-as-collage that brings together Camilla Damkjaer’s explorations of print textile, including a deep red cotton printed using sun exposure and a brown cotton layered with digital/silkscreen prints.

Features an “apron” paneled front that’s half trompe l’oeil half actual, with a layered and split hem that houses invisible on-edge pockets. Back tie strap emerges from the apron-shaped paneling and allows for play on silhouette. Cut with notch lapels, a 3 button stance, and oversize fit.
